CONTRACTING OF AN ITINERARY, ROUTE, TOUR OR SIMILAR<\/p>

Following a request for an itinerary or route, ARCHICULTUR will send a personalized quote based on the following information provided by the prospective client: contact details (e-mail and cell phone), place and tour requested, duration, dates, number of users, language, additional services required (for example, transportation, meals, meetings, presentations, etc.), additional tickets required (for example, in the case of some of Antoni Gaudi’s buildings), The user undertakes to the veracity of all information provided. This offer will be valid for 10 days and will not be binding until the reservation is made.<\/p>

2. Once the client sends his written acceptance of the offer, the availability of the guide, tickets and other services will be confirmed as soon as possible. Once the availability has been confirmed, the reservation will be made upon prepayment of the contracted services. Until payment is made, the offer is not binding. The reservation may be cancelled by the customer (in writing) with the following cancellation fees in relation to the time between receipt of the written cancellation and the date of the planned tour: <\/p>

  • More than 30 days: Free of charge<\/li>
  • Between 30 and 15 days: 50% of the cost<\/li>
  • Between 14 and 2 days: 75% of the cost<\/li>
  • After 48 hours: 100% of the cost<\/li><\/ul>

    3. The route of the suggested urban itineraries can be adapted at the request of the client, with the necessary advance notice (in general 48h). We strive to update the itineraries with new projects and suggestions so that the final itinerary visits may differ from the images published on the website. <\/p>

    4. There may be variations in the selected visits or in the itinerary for reasons beyond ARCHICULTUR’s control, for example, may vary due to very unfavorable weather conditions (orange and red warnings from AEMET), closures of museums and facilities, or emergencies. Any incident or change will be notified and an alternative will be agreed with the client as soon as possible, in order to be able to carry out a tour with their total conformity and satisfaction. In the circumstance that the client prefers to cancel, 50% of the cost will be refunded (entrance fees not included). <\/p>

    5. If the tour does not take place for any reason for which ARCHICULTUR is responsible, the client will receive a 100% refund of ARCHICULTUR’s fees. The refund will be made by bank transfer within a maximum of 5 days. Participants should arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes before the tour starts and it is necessary that they bring with them their cell phone, so that they can be called in case of emergency. The guide will not wait more than 20 minutes (which will be deducted from the duration of the tour). The no-show of the participants implies the charge of the total cost of the tour. <\/p>

    6. Participants must follow the indications of the guide regarding safety, protection and similar throughout the tour, avoiding annoying attitudes to neighbors and other visitors. ARCHICULTUR is not responsible for any personal injury caused by negligence or distractions of the participants, theft or destruction of property of the participants or others or other similar circumstances. Participants are responsible for having adequate health conditions to follow the itinerary. It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and adequately dressed for the expected weather conditions. <\/p>

    7. Entrance tickets to monuments and museums are not included in the price of the itineraries, but the service of booking\/purchase of tickets is offered at no additional cost depending on availability. In case of cancellation, the cost of non-refundable tickets cannot be refunded. <\/p>

    8. On tours lasting more than 3h30 min. there will be a 1h stop (or 1h30 min. if requested by the clients) so that participants can take a break for lunch. Any (entirely voluntary) refreshments are not included. Clients can also request in advance if they wish to take a 15-20 min break on tours of less than 3h30 min, to have a coffee or snack, to go to the restrooms, etc. <\/p>

    9. Restaurant selection and\/or menu reservation for lunch, lunch or coffee break can be requested as a separate service not included in the tour price.<\/p>

    10. In the case of contracting additional services to third parties, such as transport companies, restaurants, catering, etc., ARCHICULTUR will act merely as an intermediary, and is not responsible for the services of suppliers or the damages they may cause, nor for non-payments by customers. The conditions of the contract, such as the costs of booking services and their cancellation conditions, must be assumed directly by the client and the contracted company responsible. <\/p>
